Struggling with Task Sheet Format: Can You Share Your Suggestions or Templates?

Dear All,

Can anyone please provide me with a format of a task sheet wherein we can maintain a record of tasks being taken and performed by each individual? I don't have much idea on how to prepare it, and my seniors have asked me to do so. I have tried one which includes the date, serial number, tasks taken, remarks (complete / incomplete), and reasons, but somehow it looks incomplete. If anyone has a format for a task sheet or can suggest additional points that can be included, could you please provide me with it? Awaiting your reply.

Thank you for your reply. It was indeed useful. I got an idea on how to maintain the timesheet, but I am still a little blank on how to keep track of the detailed tasks performed and those taken on hand.
