Suggestions For Good HRM Software

Hi,
I need a favour from HR community please suggest me a good HRM software, we have a huge field force around (4000) at different hierarchies. We are looking for a complete HRM solution. Request you to share your experiences as I am really puzzled after seeing so many options available in the market. Would be great if you people can suggest me some good HRM based on your experiences.

It's true. In previous generation we don't find much software's or providers to guide us by giving full solution. In this generation easily we can reach out for the solution by surfing or through friends, but the thing we should be conscious is in opting for a better one as we cannot discover the best unless we join with them and get experienced.
