Seminar-workshop

Hi Sir/Ma'am, I'm HR graduating student as part of our curriculum we're required to conduct a seminar-workshop, our target topic for our seminar is about the current trends and issues in HR. Any suggestions or opinion? We have searched on-line already but, we prefer to ask because we know that you were exposed in HR field.

There is a lot happening in human resource. Try to incorporate interactive sessions in your seminars.
There are a few I can suggest on the workshop/seminar: Talent Management is the new word for HR. So, you can ponder upon that. Other trends would be Analytics in HR, Mentoring, Learning and Development.
