I have to give a name for these lowest-level employees while creating employee groups/bands. A group name that sounds nice and gives these employees their deserved respect.
You may create an employee group as "Housekeeping & General Maintenance" so that you can include employees with designations such as 'Peon, Sweeper, Office Boy, Gardener, Driver, Hamali, Scavenger, Watchmen, Office Assistant,' etc.
I work as a peon but have been performing as a computer operator for 15 years.
