Nervous About My First HR Interview: What Should I Expect in the English Test?

I am going to appear for an interview tomorrow. This job is for an HR generalist and involves dealing with US people. They have informed me that tomorrow I would have to appear for a written and verbal test of English.

Since this is the first time for me in this kind of opportunity, please suggest to me on what kind of English test it would be. Would it be on vocabulary or grammar? And from where should I prepare for it?

Please help... it's urgent.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, the attachment is useful, but the test I received in the interview was quite difficult with very uncommon words in synonyms and antonyms.
