Unresponsive Client: How Can We Get the Billing Information We Need?

Hi, we are a consultancy firm working for a product-based company, and one of our candidates has been placed and is working in that company. However, when we request billing information for that candidate, the company is unresponsive. They are not replying to our emails or answering our calls. Please help us with advice on how we can obtain the billing. Your assistance is greatly needed. Thank you.
