Struggling to Get My PF After Resigning from Muthoot Finance – Any Advice?

Hi all, I was working at Muthoot Finance Ltd for the past two years. I resigned from the job in the month of April and filled out forms 19 and 10C. However, I have not received my PF till today. When I contact them, they are not responding properly. How do I get my PF?

After resigning from any company, the withdrawal forms, such as Form 10C and 19, should be submitted to the PF department only after 60 days. The department may then take 1-2 months to process the forms. It is advisable to approach the PF department directly, or you can also check the online status for withdrawal.

Hi there, I worked at Quatrro and resigned from there on February 10, 2012. I had applied for PF, but I recently received a message stating that my PF claim has been rejected. Could you please assist me in understanding why it was rejected?

I worked with LIC for 35 months and contributed to PF. Now, LIC has refused to pay the employee contribution, stating that my duration of service is less than 5 years. However, they have settled my own contribution with interest. My query is, is such a rule applied to PF as in Gratuity? Please guide.

It's always better to personally visit the PF office after attempting to resolve your queries online if it's not responding. There is a chance that your issue may be settled immediately, but at least you can try.
