How Can I Create a Fair and Organized Salary Structure for My Company?

I have a problem; earlier my company didn't provide salary in a structured form. Now, I suggested to them to give payment in an organized way. I have to create a salary structure for all the employees. Please provide a format for the same.

What exactly do you mean by salary structure? Do you intend to provide payslips along with the payments to the employees? Kindly clarify.

You are absolutely right. This is a demand from the employees. Actually, I have formulated many rules; in return, they wanted me to provide payslips. They wanted to express their frustration in this manner. But for me, it's the right thing to do. Do help me.
