New EPF Declaration Form: What Employers Need to Know About Replacing Form 11

The new “Declaration Form” introduced by EPFO is attached for your reference. This needs to be collected at the time of joining from the employee and retained by the employer for future reference.

Don't the new entrants need to fill Form 2, which we normally used to get? Please clarify.

Form 2 Requirement

Form 2 needs to be continued as regular. This is the additional form required to be collected from the new joinee with the UAN details, if any.

Form 11 and Declaration Form

See, Form 11 and this declaration form are the same in paragraphs 24 and 34, with the addition of paragraph 57. So, I think there is no need to collect both declarations; one is enough.

Hi, can anyone tell me about EPF Form 11? If we provide this form to employees who do not wish to avail the benefits of EPF, can the firm or organization present it during inspection time?

I also received the same circular from PF. Therefore, I would like to know detailed information about the new updates regarding Form 11. Kindly explain it.
