Gud morning, i am going through with ur overall reply,i have one more question to clearify. In earlier post u have mentioned if employer is mentioned leave with wages component salary then i m not eligible for MB. In offer letter, mentioned only LWW but in salary slip, it is mentioned as leave with wages. So in this case my employer has justified answer of not allowing me for MB
fc.vadodara@nidrahotels.com
Yes, but since you said that there were no terms and conditions or Standard Policy so in that case you can apply, that was my view
akanksha2286
ok,it means if nothing is mentioned in offer letter regarding leave policy then only by mentioning leave with wages amount in salary slip does not provide justified answer to employer to escape from giving MB.
akanksha2286
can u please clearify what leave with wages is all about? & how it works as salary component?

I don't know how come it is not shown in this, I have replied that if nothing is mentioned then the employee can assume it to be CL/SL/PL and no other Leaves

are you a permanent employee?
receiving salary with basic deductions like pf / esi / pt etc?
did you serve at least 9 months in the company preceding dod?
if all the answers are yes then you are entitled for 84 days basic wages plus 1000 rupees as medical allowance for your delivery.
still if the company is not accepting and paying pls visit nearest labour office.
