Need Information About Chartered Accountant.

Hi, I am x employee of HP and i have quit the job last year 2013. However, i had applied for the EPF withdrawal after my 2.2 years service and have received the form 16 from Income Tax Department. Now the issue is that i need a Chartered accountant for file the return process as per HP Suggestion for the refund the expected amount. So, could anyone please help me on this to find chartered accountant.

Note: Finance manager of HP has informed me that there is no Chartered accountant available in HP to go with it.

Firstly, I am bit confused with your query.You have mentioned about EPF withdrawal and Income Tax Return. I do not see any co-relation in these two.
Secondly, It is not necessary to hire the services of CA to file a IT Return. It is a very simple process and you yourself can file your return on-line. You can spend some time on-line and can do that. At the most take help of some one senior or knowledgeable, since you seem to be doing it for first time.
Thirdly, hiring services of CA for filing simple IT Return can be a costly affair. Instead simply approach any accounts or tax consultant, even a Article Clerk, Apprentice in CAs Office will be of greater help at much less cost. Thanks.

Thanks for all your valuable time into my issue. Yes, my query wasn't clear what it supposed to be. Actually, i wanted to withdrawal my PF amount and didn't know the processes much.
