Contract Labours Eligible For EPF On Basic+VDA (or) Only Basic

Sir,
I am working in Power Distribution Company Limited , in our company Contract Labour were engaged through private agencies and they are getting Basic Wages + VDA. Recently EPF limit is increased from Rs. 6,500/- to Rs.15,000/-. My doubt is EPF calculation is to be done on Basic+VDA or Only on basic amount. Please clarify.

Hi Vinay,
PF amount will be dedcuted on Basic+DA amount and it's Maximum limit upto Rs. 15000/- (Basic + DA)
