Designing HR Policies for Hospitals: Can You Share Your Insights and Samples?

We have been appointed by a reputed hospital in Mumbai to design their HR policy and prepare an HR manual for them. We need some draft samples of HR policies in a hospital and the HR manual applicable in a hospital. We would be obliged if the members can give their inputs and share the policies and HR manual applicable to hospitals.
