Uan Number And Pf Withdrawal

I have been allotted UAN by previous employer and leaved company in 10 months of service. When i submitted Form 19 to employer they are saying now you cannot withdraw PF after two months of resignation because of UAN. It can be easily tracked that you are employed somewhere else. Can anyone guide me that i can withdraw or not?

Yes U Can not withdraw of the PF amount due to already u have allotted UAN and it is updated with your new company so it's operative account. in case you have allotted new A/c number with your present company then you can withdraw your money.

Yes i have been allotted new pf account number in new company.i completed three months since resignation but working since next day of last day of previous company.can i withdraw in this case?

When you submit your withdrawal form 19, you give a declaration that you are not employed or if employed do not have pf benefit. Now through UAN pf dept has collected you PAN , Aadhar & Bank a/c details in their system. So if u r employed within 60 days they will know that ur declaration is wrong. Hence claim will not be settled.
Now only if u are not employed after 60 days of leaving ur job will u able to submit & get settled ur pf claim form

If pf office's intension is to verify through pan and bank account.then before introduction of uan they could get the data.their intentions is not to verify through pan,bank account.and also still i have noy registered my uan at pf website.only i have received my uan.
