Apprentice Stipend Limit

what is the minimum wages for apprentice? will govt pay the stipend?

We are an elctronic manufacturing plant in bangalore-karnataka

Under what law are you appointing the apparentices ?
Are they covered under apparentices act ? Or are they as defined under your standing orders ?
There was an amendment, not sure if it is notified yet, that you need to pay at leat 75% of minimum wages for first year, 90% for second year and full minimum wages for third year.

You can get the detail BOAT site....minimum stipend has been decided by BOAT for different qualification and also you can claim back the same amount from govt.
