Im BCOM , MCOM , MBA(HR) working in Staffing firm, having over all experience of 3.5 Yrs in Recruitments , i want to learn more in my career and from Recruitment i want to change my field to some other profession so which is the best option i can opt for , would really request you all to help me in this

If you want to switch to other areas,you can go for a generalist Hr.there are other areas like compensation and benefits, training, performance appraisals which you can try.but recruitment should also be there in your profile because over the years,talent acquisition has gained importance in hr.do write to me for any additional questions.
