Has the Bonus Act 2010 Ceiling Increased to Rs. 5000? Seeking Clarification and Copy

I need clarification on the amendment of the Bonus Act 2010, specifically whether the ceiling has been increased from Rs. 3500 to Rs. 5000. If so, can anybody please help me by sending a copy of the approved amendment?

There has been no recent change in the bonus limit. It may change with the mid-government push on reforms, but don't hold your breath.
