How Do You Efficiently Track Employee Details from Start to Finish in Excel?

Hi to all citehr members, I am in need of a format in which all details of employees (starting from employee code to their resignation) can be easily maintained, and we can track each information with just one click. If anyone has such a format, kindly provide it. I will be thankful for it.
