Need Excel File For Employee Database Maintain - XLS Download

Hi to all citehr members,
i am in need of such format in which all details of employees (like starting from emp code till his/her resignation) can be maintained easily as well we can track each information with one click.
if anyone having such format kindly provide me , i will be thankful for it.
