Company is new and appointed me as an HR Head but I am a Fresher - so I am having some problems

First of all use the common sense as much as possible without any fear or hesitation.Then use your bookish knowledge, refer to internet for various rules and regulations. Build a strong team and involve evrybody in the process of building a new company. You are really lucky to get this position in the begining of your carrier itself.
