How to Draft a Conditional Offer Letter for Campus Recruits in Mumbai?

Request for Conditional Offer Letter Format

I am in need of a proper format for a conditional offer letter. Our company intends to conduct a few campus recruitments in Mumbai colleges. We are offering job offer letters on the spot to the various candidates who pass the interview. However, they all have to pass a written and oral exam after their final year exam. The written and oral tests will be conducted by our HR team at our premises.

Kindly suggest what should be our format for the offer letter to be given to such candidates.
