Conditional Offer Letter - Docx Download

Hi everybody,
I am in need of a proper format of a conditional offer letter.
Our company intends to conduct few campus recruitment in Mumbai Colleges. We are offering Job Offer letter on the spot to the various candidates who pass the interview. However, They all have to pass a written and oral exam afetr their final year exam. The written and oral test will be conducted by our HR Team at our premises.
Kindly suggest what should be our format for the offer letter to be given to such candidates.
