Hello everybody, I wish to conduct some training programs for the employees working the night shift in my company. They are sleep-deprived, hence stressed at work, which is affecting their personal lives. Though they have already undergone training on Work-Life Balance and Stress Management, it has not been of much help in practical implementation. I aim to help them deal with these challenges efficiently.
