How Can I Create a 12-Hour Shift Schedule for 3 Team Members While Meeting Weekly Hours?

Hi all, please help me put together a 12-hour shift—day and 12-hour night—using 3 team members. I need urgent examples. Total hours per week must be 45-48 hours.

Shift Schedule Proposal

Ask three people to work in the following shifts:

- 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM: Person 1
- 5:00 PM - 2:30 AM: Person 2
- 1:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Person 3

This schedule covers 24 hours, with each person working for only 9.5 hours a day. Additionally, there is a 1.5-hour overlap for each shift. To avoid having the same people work night shifts, rotate the schedule accordingly.
