I joined in a reputed IT MNC on april 22nd 2014 as a fresher...I got trained for 1.5 months in banglore and then got the posting to chennai...I recently got married and my husband is staying in hyderabad...I signed a bond for 1.5 yrs saying that if i quit during this period i have to pay 125000...I was promised an annual salary of 300000 at the time of joining...But after i came to chennai the salary was revised to 17,546 which after various cuttings i am getting only 14500...Due to some personal health problems i had to attend to some tests in hyderabad weekly...so my expenses have increased and after fighting with hr for the past two months regarding the salary and having no result what-so-ever i decided to quit...when i told my hr about my decision they said that if i quit now i will be considered as absconding...I donot need a relieving or experience certificate as it is only 5 months...Can the company force me to pay the bond amount?
