hi my seniors.....am new to CITE HR..am an MBA stdnt and nw i hv to do one mini project on faculty attrition of my college..my college is a self financing Engineering college in kerala..can anyone help me to prepare a questionnaire for data collection...

But actually am searching for a questionnaire for conducting a data collection abt attrition rate in self financing colleges..the questionnaire is for faculties...
