In my current role, I am responsible for handling customer complaints regarding the performance of their automobiles, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. I have the authority to assess whether a complaint is genuine or not, and based on my evaluation, I provide recommendations to our dealer partners for appropriate action. If a complaint is deemed genuine, I coordinate with the company to arrange for the necessary rectifications. Additionally, I collect feedback from dealers on the performance of the automobiles, which I then pass on to the company's quality control department. Questions About Future Prospects

Firstly, what comes after MS? Will I get a high-paying job back in India? Secondly, if I pursue an MBA, will I be able to maintain my roots in the technical field, i.e., the automobile industry? I get really confused at this juncture as I can't decide whether I can support my MS by myself. Currently, my CTC is 7.5 LPA, but as a member of a common middle-class family, supporting an MS is a concern for me.

Considering an MBA
