Transfer Of PF Balance To PRAN Account

I was employed with a private organisation for 2.5 years and had a PF account.Now i am employed with a Government organisation where PRAN has to be opened instead of PF and here i am employed for last 1 year.Can i transfer the funds lying in my PF ac to my PRAN ac
Or can I withdraw the amount the amount signing in form 10c as an not employed.

Dear Atanu,
PRAN is for NPS. To the best of my knowledge, you can not club the amout lying in your PF account with the existing PF account of Government Organisation.
It is better you can withdraw the amount by filling Form No. 10 C and Form No. 19.

Sir thank you for your vital comment.I will be withdrawing my PF this month and the PF account was opened on JulY 2010(4 Years 3 months).What are the deductions that I can expect from my gross amount.

Does pran num or pf num is same..?
Does any relation between pran or pf.?
