Employees Absconding.... Need To Take Immediate Action

I read a news about Diwali gifts by Chairman of Hari-Krishna Exports, Savjibhai Dholakia, to his employees. I wonder whether any employee will leave his organisation. If organisations treat their workers like that attrition rate will certainly come down.
