Dear seniors, we are planning to start a dairy farm in Rajasthan. Three laborers will be working with 50 cows. The raw milk will be sold to households with the help of a tempo.

Could you please provide information on the laws related to labor, factory, ESIC, WC, and PF that are applicable to us?

Since the total number of persons is below 10, PF/ESIC will not be applicable. If you sell raw milk to households, the Factory Act will not be applicable. You will be covered under the Shops and Establishment Act only.
