I need the Procedure & Forms pan India Profession Tax registration In need registration in all states Pls send the details on [Login to view] & also the expenses of the same we will pay out the same 50% advance before registration & 50% after geting the valid documents in original of the Registration

Professional Tax is a State Law. Each State has its own Law. Some State they do not have this Law / Tax.
Each State has its own rules, regulations and procedures in regards to registration and levy of Tax. There is no PAN India registration. You need to approach every State Authority in this regard with relavent papers. In many States, this department is pnline and IT Rollout.

Most of the states follow more or less the same procedures and records to be maintained. Of course rates of taxes varies from state to state. If you have offices/factory/shops as the case may be in all states you have to register in all the states. Pl.read this link and attachments to know more as samples.
