Seeking Guidance on Pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Admin or Economics: Where to Start?

Dear Seniors, I completed my MBA in HR last year from Pune. Currently, I'm working for an R&D company. I aspire to pursue a Ph.D. in Business Administration or Business Economics. Could you please suggest where I can pursue this? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could inform me about any eligibility criteria such as percentage requirements or other prerequisites.
