My brother was working as a contractor under Central Shipping. He was unmarried. He joined in April 2017 and unfortunately passed away in December 2017 while on duty. His basic salary is 6000 + 12% DA.

So, my questions are:
1. What will be the benefits of PF and ESI?
2. Who is eligible for the pension from PF and ESI?
3. How much pension will be received?

Please clarify your statement "he died in Dec 2017 on duty." Was your deceased employee covered under ESI and EPF? What was the marital status of the deceased employee? You have not clarified the cause of death - was it natural or accidental?
