My brother working ofcontractor under central shipping . He was unmarried. he join April 2017. he died dec 2017 on duty. Her basic is 6000+12%DA.
so my question is
1. what will be the benefit of pf and esi?
2. who is eligible for the pension of pf and esi?
3
how much pesion will be taken?

Dear TMAITY, Please clarify your Statement "he died dec 2017 on duty." whether your deceased Employee was covered under ESI & EPF? MARITAL Status of Deceased Employee? you have not clarified about cause of Death? Natural Death or accidental Death?

Sir my accident on 29 may 2018 onduty . And I loss my right eye vision and I am not file FIR in police . So what kind of help me from pf and esic ??
