Reverse Calculation Of CTC

Dear respected Seniors,
If anyone's CTC is Rs 20000 Per Month then how can calculate Basic Salary and reverse calculation in case of CTC given

To the best of my knowledge, there is no rule on division of CTC. I have seen basic being given as 50 to 60 % of monthly emoluments.

and sir if given only Net salary then how can calculate CTC
