Security employee employed through agency under contract for the Protection of Factory, the security person have not relation with production direct or indirect , they are only for protection & The Security Agency have Licence under Contract Labour ( R & A ) act, at this circumstances. is the applied factories act on security agency . PL advice

Any person employed in factory premises, whether through direct employment or through contract, he is a workmen under the FA and to his all the provisions of FA apply.

FA is a Principal Act applicable to any factory and CLRA is applicable in certain circumstances. Objectives of CLRA are different than FA.
