Saikumar ji has correctly explained the relationship between unions and management. There should always be a win-win situation in any relationship. Unions and management are like the two wheels of the same chariot. These two wheels should be of the same size and strength to run smoothly. No one should have the upper hand over the other for the smooth operation of the company. Both parties should maintain a cordial relationship.
