If you state that the minimum salary is ₹5000, I believe this is below the minimum wages. Please find out the minimum rates of wages applicable in your state and pay the salary without any minimum or maximum. If you are paying the salary above the minimum rates of wages specified by the state government, then provide a breakdown of the salary as Basic, DA, Conv, and other allowances as advised by Mr. Saxena.

2. If an employee is engaged to work overtime, you must pay the overtime wages at double the rate of normal wages. Maintain records of overtime wages.
