You may add some dimensions if they exist in your company's policy, such as motivational schemes like the Best Employee Award, Best Attendance Award, Long Service Award, and quality-related certifications like ISO, which the company is aiming for. Additionally, consider including employee survey ratings, cultural or trade-related excellence recognitions, employee-friendly plans to retain and protect employees, and training-related motivational programs for skill upgrading.
