I am working in a Public sector firm since last 5 years. I took leave for two days from the sanctioning authority with station leave permission and then after the expiry of leave I am remain absent from my duties instead I sent a mail to my organisation after 6 days for the extension of leave for more 4 days but they didn't reply then I sent medical certificate to support my leave and ask for extension for further 1 month my organisation ask for the signed letter with original medial certificate then after that I again extend my leave for further 20 days again they ask for proper medical certificate supporting the whole period which was not mentioned by me for sickness (I took leave on personal grounds). Now I am again extending my leave for twenty days and wrote a mail to them instead they always used to say you are in an authorise leave. Now they send a letter by reg post that join in next three days from the date of receiving of the letter otherwise strict action will be taken against you as per company policy. I want to ask that this un authorise leave is sufficient for them to terminate me?
