Accordingly, prepare a questionnaire and approach other hospitals. You may seek the assistance of trainees for this project.
Take your budget into consideration and simultaneously conduct a salary survey. For this, you will have to do a lot of probing on your own.
Finally, after compiling all this data in an Excel sheet, you may create a prospective organizational chart illustrating reporting relationships specifically for the OT.
