Hi,
All Salary component will be calculated on actual days to pay(Working days+Approved leaves, but subject to the concept of monthly 26days caliculation or 30,31,28 days caliculation) only. As HRA is acomponent and the part of salary, even employee is having LOPs he will get HRA like other components.
