This is Raja, working as an HR coordinator in one of the society-registered training organization bodies for the past year. My job role is that of a placement officer in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. My organization pays me Rs. 9000 per month. Due to my responsibilities, I am struggling to meet my expenses. I am seeking advice on how to increase my salary to between 12k to 15k per month. I have approached my employer multiple times regarding a salary hike, but he keeps postponing it. I am also interested in transitioning my career towards manufacturing but have been unsuccessful in finding opportunities. How can I progress in HR with a salary of Rs. 15000 per month?
