Dear Superiors,
This is Raja works as HR coordinator in one of the society registered training organisation body from last one year.My job role is like a placement officer at visakhapatnam/andhra pradesh.My organization is paying Rs.9000 p.m.Because of my responsibilities i am not meeting my expenses.What should i do to get 12k to 15k P.M.I asked my employer several times regarding hike in my salary but he is postponding.I would like to shift my career towards manufacturing but not finding anything? What should I do to grow in HR with a salary of 15000 p.m?. please suggest me.
