PF Withdrawal [Thread 50576]

Hi,
5 1/2 months ago I resigned from a company. I havent withdrawn my PF from my previous company. I would like to know the procedure for withdrawal. I have my PF account number. Do i have to get any signature from my previous company? Which form should I submit? Can i submit it directly to the PF office?

Hi Shobha,
To get your withdrawl of PF fom your prevous account (organisation), you need to get : Form 19 & Form 10 C filled up and signed by yourselfon revenue stamp) and your previous employer and submit it at the regional PF office and take an acknowledgement from them.
Withdrawls of PF can be done only after 60 days period after resignation.
