Before you need to have a requitement policy you need to have the current and estimated manpower required in your current set up.
After you prepare the same
# you need to plan out the recruitment sources.
# Estimate the Annual Recruitment cost for the same & get the same approved by the management.
# Then find out all possible recruitment sources for the required manpower.
# For a manufacturing set up if you require technical people or skilled labour you need to have a specified recruitment and selection process. Most of the manufacturing set ups use Technical test followed by technical interviews following Hr and general rounds of Interview & there should be a probation period for this kind of set up.
The policies must be full proof and thoroughly reviewed before finalizing.
