New to HR: Do We Need to Check Security Guards' Salary and PF When Hired Through an Agency?

Hello seniors, I am a fresher in HR. I want to know if we have hired security guards through a security agency, do we have any responsibility to check their salary and PF? I am very confused about this topic. Please help me. What do we need to do for them?

You are the principal employer for the security agency. It is your duty to check the salary, PF, and ESI. The salary for the contract employees has to be disclosed in front of you only.
