Struggling with Underpayment in Delhi-NCR? How to Seek Help for Minimum Wage Issues

I need to know what rights an employee can exercise if an employer or organization is not paying their employees under the Minimum Wages Act. In this case, who should the employee contact? I have noticed that in the Delhi-NCR region, people who run small organizations have been practicing this for a long time. Job seekers (freshers and those with up to 1 year of experience) like us are not left with many options and often end up in underpaid jobs. I am unsure who to contact in such situations. These companies do not provide offer letters or appointment letters even if they promised to do so. I prefer not to disclose my name. Can anybody suggest where I can go for assistance, such as a grievance cell or authority?

Criteria for Minimum Wages

Is there any criteria that clearly state the minimum salary/wages for undergraduates, graduates, postgraduates, skilled, or semi-skilled workers? I am aware that the Minimum Wages Act is supposed to define this twice a year, but it is not strictly enforced by small organizations.

Mandatory Payment of Minimum Wages

It is mandatory for every employer to pay minimum wages to their workers as per the rates determined by their state government based on the category of work.

If an employer fails to comply with this requirement, workers have the option to contact the labor commissioner and file a complaint. Alternatively, they can directly file a case in the labor court under the Unfair Labor Practices Act.

My company only gives me a basic salary, and my designation is Officer grade. Where can I complain about this? Please provide me with the minimum salary for Officer Grade in the Sugar Industry.
