Please let me know what would be the KRA and KPA for an admin manager. Also, what are the rules and regulations of labor law? If a company does not pay outsourced employees as per the labor laws, can any legal action be taken against that company? Please answer my question.

Dear All,

I have been going through the replies, and I am of the opinion that many times, there seem to be contradictions in replies. I request all the members to please post replies supported by facts, as it creates more confusion rather than simplifying things. I hope the members agree.

Hi Ditti,

You were supposed to migrate to Canada by now. I know you asked for HR opportunities in Canada a long time ago and mentioned that your husband is working in Canada. What happened?

Dear Deepa,

A/c. No. 1 is being filled with EPF of Employees' Contribution at 12% + Employers' Contribution at 3.67%. A/c. No. 10 comprises Employers' contribution at 8.33%, and A/c. No. 21 at 0.5% on Basic Wages + DA + supply of food grains. Feel free to call 9885700350 without hesitation.

Dear Seniors,

Kindly confirm if the attachment provided by Mr. Jai Bakshi is true and correct. As per me, it has some flaws and loopholes. I badly need an explanation for filling up the combined challan. I am unable to understand how the figures will come in A/c 1, 2, 10, 21, 22. Please help.

Hi everyone,

Good evening. Could you please tell me how to calculate PF challan? I also need the PF form format.
Devkrbl
If any employee did not come a single day in a month, is that person counted in the EPF challan as a subscriber?
omprabh
Hi everybody, I want to know if the PF challan should be filled by the employer separately for each employee or in a combined way per month. Is it necessary to fill out the PF challan for each employee separately? Please help me.

Thanks & Regards,
Om Prabh
