How to fill the PF monthly Challan and whats the meaning of A/c - 1, 2, 10, 21, 22?

Hi, I want to know how to fill the PF monthly Challan and what's the meaning of A/c - 1, 2, 10, 21, 22. Please explain this.

Following challans duly filled in should be submitted -
P.F. Cont. (Employee's+Employer's Share) A/c No. - 01 - 12% + 3.67%
Pension Fund Contribution A/c No. - 10 - 8.33%
Administrative Charges A/c No. - 02 - 1.10%
E. D. L. I. F. A/c No. - 21 - 0.50%
Administrative Charges A/c No. -22 - 0.01%

please let me know ehat would be the KRA and KPA for an admin manager
also what is the rule and regulation of labour law also if suppose any does not pay outsourced employyes as per the labour is any legal action taken against that comapny it it legal

A/c. No. 1 is being filled with EPF of Employees Contribution @12%+Employers Contribution @3.67%. A/c. No.10 Employers contribution @ 8.33%, A/c. No. 21 @ .5% on Basic Wages+DA+supply of food grains. Don't feel hesitate to call to 9885700350.
