Sir i wanna new update of minimum wage rate all over India and sir i wanna learn about factory act so please tell me how i learn it which thing is more important
in factory ,what is the rule apply in factory act

1. According to particular state minimum Wages will be update, so to which state you belongs learn that state MW.
2. Go through with labor laws.

You can check Salary in India, Salary Survey, Minimum Wage in India - PayCheck.in for all state Minimum wages.

I want to know that My salary was on 31.08.2014 is 7000 and i do not contribute to pf.
Now the wage celling limit in hike to 15000/-
My question is if my company agreed to hike my salary over 15000/- p.m. shall I have to contribute to pf?
If yes/no pls. referred any court judgement
