I am a HR trainee and looking after BOAT related work. I would like to know can we engage the ITI apprentice for more than one year. I would like to know the site where minimum wages are declard for different categories of apprenticiship.

You need to approach the respected apprenticeship adviser under your jurisdiction and find out the answer to your question from him. His answer will be authentic. Every State has separate apprenticeship board under the Apprenticeship Act and it functions under its' own set of rules.
