I am chandan kumar,
I am working newly in a company.
My salary is 7000/m
But my company is asking me to deduct the provident fund from my salary i.e provident fund charge=525.
I would like to know that if govt of india has made new rules on provident fund????

Dear Chandan Kumar ji,
Your company is correct in asking you to deduct PF from your salary. You are requested to read the PF new rule which you refered. This rule says, PF is now compulsory up to salary 15000.
PF is 12% on your basic. Basic should be at least as per Minimum Wage rate as specified by your State Govt.
