Navigating HR Formalities for a Nepali Employee: Payroll and Legal Advice Needed

Dear Seniors, Our company has hired a person in Nepal. I have been instructed to complete his HR formalities. Please provide me with your valuable advice on the following points:

1. We are an Indian private Ltd company, and the new employee is a Nepali citizen who will be working in Nepal only. Can we include him in our Indian company's payroll?

2. Will PF/PT be applicable to him?

3. Are there any other rules applicable to such employment, whether from India or Nepal?
