Can Employees with Lower Salaries Opt Out of PF? Seeking Guidance on Exemption Process

Hi all, if an employee's salary is below the ceiling limit and they are not a member of PF previously, is there any provision or form through which they can be exempted from PF? If yes, please explain the procedure.

Under no circumstances can an employee, as per your description, be exempted from the EPF.

If it is possible to exempt employees drawing a salary of less than Rs. 15,000 from PF, then why implement this new amendment?
